Donation Refund Policy
We are appreciative and grateful for your support of our nonprofit organization and for your donations. Donations are typically nonrefundable, however if you have made an error while making a donation to our organization, please contact us to let us know and we will assist you. We will honor your request for a refund made within 14 days of the donation.
Any refunds will be returned using the same payment method/credit card that was used when the donation was made.
Recurring Donation Change or Cancel Policy
Donors may elect to give recurring donations. If at any point you wish to change the amount of your monthly recurring donation, or need to cancel it entirely, please contact support. Please allow a minimum of 15-days advance notice for any changes to your recurring monthly donation.
